What we collect

• What you enter in a form: name, phone, email, city, profession and institution details
• The CV you upload and everything it contains
• Technical usage data: pages viewed, browser and device type

Why we use it

To get back to you, to match candidates with roles, and to run the placement with the institution. We do not use it for any other commercial purpose and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

A candidate's details go to an institution only for a specific placement and with your knowledge. We also use hosting and email providers who work for us and are bound to confidentiality.

How long we keep it

Retention period for CVs and enquiries

24 months from your enquiry. After that it is deleted unless you renew your consent.

Your rights

• See the information we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete it from the database
• Withdraw a consent you gave

Cookies and analytics

The site uses operational cookies and a statistics tool to understand how it is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Data security

Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised staff. CV files are reachable only through a temporary link for authenticated users.

Database registration

Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law, in force since August 2025, abolished the general registration duty. Registration is required only in cases the law defines — confirm with a lawyer whether this database falls within them.

Data protection officer

Appointing an officer is required only for certain bodies under Amendment 13. Check whether the company falls within the definition.
